About the Event
As President of the Ballentine Community Association I am personally asking for your HELP…6pm TODAY!
The BCA would have given you more notice, but we just found out about this “Special Called Meeting”. This may be a trick by the developers to sneak a "no"vote in on the most important vote on any new law…the First Reading.
We have work very hard for almost two (2) years now to get responsible new Zoning laws passed to help protect our community from excessive overcrowding.
High density development will occur if WE don’t get the Planning Commission recommendations voted in by County Council…AND THAT STARTS TONIGHT AT THE FIRST READING VOTE.
Show your support for the people working for you, come to this meeting!
Tell County Council to vote YES to adopt the Planning Commission recommendations.
If we lose this First Vote, the developers will surely get their way and smother us with high density apartments, cluster housing, multifamily houses and high rise condos.
